At Sydney Arborist Solutions, we follow a structured consultation process designed to match the report scope to the decision being made. The early brief matters because a council tree report, tree impact assessment, protection plan, risk assessment, and management plan each answer different questions.
Our consulting arborists hold AQF Level 5 qualifications and practical Sydney experience in arboricultural reporting. We prioritise clear communication throughout the process, keeping scope, timing, useful attachments, and deliverables visible at every stage.

Initial Enquiry & Brief
Contact us by phone, email or through the online form with the property address, report purpose, photos, plans, council letters, and deadlines. We'll confirm whether the likely pathway is council reporting, DA impact assessment, tree protection, risk assessment, diagnostics, or management planning.
Quote & Engagement
Based on your requirements, we'll provide a quote outlining the scope, deliverables, timeframes and fees. Once you've accepted the quote, we'll schedule a site inspection at a suitable time.
Site Inspection & Assessment
A qualified consulting arborist attends site to inspect the trees in question, assess tree health and structure, collect measurements and photographs, and document relevant site conditions.
Report Preparation
Following the site inspection, the collected information is analysed and a report is prepared with findings, recommendations, and supporting evidence aligned with relevant standards and project requirements.
Report Delivery & Discussion
Once complete, we'll deliver your report via email in PDF format. We are available to discuss findings, answer questions, and provide clarification on recommendations.
Implementation & Follow-up
For ongoing projects such as development sites requiring tree protection, we can provide continued support through site inspections, construction monitoring, project arborist support, and updated documentation where required.

Tree protection plans
The process uses approved plans, consent conditions, staging, TPZ/SRZ controls, and any required construction monitoring hold points.
Risk, testing, and management reports
