Initial Enquiry & Brief
Contact us by phone, email or through our online form with details about your project. We'll discuss your specific requirements, location, timelines, and the type of arboricultural advice you need. During this initial discussion, we'll determine which type of report or service best suits your needs.
Quote & Engagement
Based on your requirements, we'll provide a detailed quote outlining our scope of services, deliverables, timeframes and fees. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden costs. Once you've accepted our quote, we'll schedule a site inspection at a time convenient for you.
Site Inspection & Assessment
Our qualified consulting arborist will attend your site to conduct a thorough inspection of the trees in question. During this visit, we'll assess tree health, structure, significance, and collect essential data including measurements, photographs, and site conditions. For more complex assessments, we may use advanced diagnostic tools such as resistograph or sonic tomography.
Report Preparation
Following the site inspection, our consulting arborist will analyse the collected data and prepare a comprehensive report. This report will include detailed findings, clear recommendations, and supporting evidence in accordance with Australian Standards and local council requirements. For development applications, we'll ensure all documentation complies with council specifications.
Report Delivery & Discussion
Once complete, we'll deliver your report via email in PDF format. We're available to discuss the findings, answer any questions, and provide clarification on our recommendations. If required, we can also liaise with other stakeholders such as council officers, architects, or builders to explain the arboricultural implications of our report.
Implementation & Follow-up
For ongoing projects such as development sites requiring tree protection, we can provide continued support through regular site inspections, compliance monitoring, and updated documentation as needed. We're committed to supporting you through the entire process, from initial assessment to project completion.
